Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A:  We only want to purchase your house. We do not list houses for other people like brokers and sales agents do. We will never ask you to pay a commission or a fee when we buy your house.

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?
A:  Yes, we pay fair prices for houses. If we did not offer people fair prices, they would never sell us their house. If your house needs repairing or remodeling, then we will take that into consideration when we give you an offer.

Many of the homeowners who call us appreciate the value of being able to sell their house faster than the traditional way.

Since we buy with cash, a bank cannot stop or slow down the sale of your house. That’s one reason we can close so quickly. We have removed the middleman (the bank) out of the transaction.

Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  We are very straightforward in explaining how we do things. We have to look at the location of where the house is at. We have to look at the current condition of the property. We have to take into consideration the amount of repairs, fixing, and painting that must be done. We have to look at what amount houses have recently sold for in the neighborhood. Then we have to put all that information together and come up with an offer that works for both you and us. Because we want to create a win-win offer.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A:  We will not charge you any fees to buy your house or to give you an offer. This is what makes us stand out from the traditional method of selling your house.

If you list your house and wait for a buyer to come along, then you’ll have to pay commissions. Plus the buyer will probably ask you to pay their closing costs.

But we do NOT charge fees or commissions when we buy your house. Plus we usually pay closing costs too!

Q:  How are you different from a real estate agent?
A:  Real estate agents want to list properties. And they charge commissions.

We are actual house buyers. We do NOT charge fees or commissions. Plus we usually pay closing costs too. Have you ever heard of a real estate agent paying for closing costs? We haven’t.

We bring our own cash to closing. So selling your house will never be held up by a bank or mortgage company.  Real estate agents get cash at closing. They do not bring cash to closing.

Q:  Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
